Our services
Clairvox helps small businesses evaluate, set up, and get support for business communications services on the Nextiva platform. Clairvox is an independent partner and is not Nextiva. Platform features, availability, and pricing are provided by Nextiva and may change. Any statistics attributed to Nextiva reflect Nextiva's own reporting.
Use of the website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way. Content on this site is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
Program description. When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Clairvox may send you text (SMS) messages related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, account and service updates, and customer care.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by submitting your phone number through a form on our website where you check the SMS consent box, by providing your number to us directly, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Clairvox does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your mobile information and opt-in consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
